Course Delivery & Assessments

A. Online Delivery –

  • Upon completion of the registration process of program and verification of all documents, student will get access to the LMS credentials.
  • Live sessions will be conducted on every Saturday starting from the date of enrolment. Academic Calendar will be provided to each student and will also be uploaded on website.
  • Number of sessions will be approximately three times of the total Credits of each course.
  • Online Live Sessions will be on weekends only
  • If the student is not able to attend live session, then recording will be available on website
  • It is recommended to attend live sessions on weekends and maintain minimum attendance as per the university norms.

B. Assessments:

1. Continuous Internal Evaluation- 30% Weightage

  • Continuous or Formative Assessments is having 30% Weightage. The categorization for the same at Subject Level is:
  • MCQs 30% that is 9 Marks
    Subjective (Short/Long) 40% that is 12 Marks
    Discussion/Presentation 15% that is 4.5 Marks
    Projects/Group Activities etc. 15% that is 4.5 Marks
  • Passing marks will be 40% of total of internal assessment and end semester examination.
  • All Details will be mentioned for the Subject wise Assignment on Swayam Portal (LMS)
  • Assignments based instructions would also be given by course coordinator
  • Projects where applicable, it would be submitted in soft copy (PDF files) as per the instructions given by course coordinator.
  • Student has to ensure that all assignments are completed before appearing the Online Exams


  • Online Examination will be conducted through the AI Proctored platform. 
  • No Extra Fees for Examinations 
  • University will communicate about the Online Examinations to all students well in advance
  • Online Exam Pattern:
    1. End Term examination is having 70% Weightage. Categorization for the same is:

    2. Objective Type Questions: 30% that is 21 Marks of MCQ
      Short/Long Questions: 70% that is 49 Marks of Subjective
  • End Term examination is having 70% Weightage. Categorization for the same is:
  • Passing marks will be 40% of total of internal assessment and end semester examination 
  • Each online exam will be of 3 hours duration.
  • Candidate can give maximum two exams in a day.
  • Online Exams will be on weekends only.


  1. The Result of respective End Semester Examinations/Supplementary Examinations shall be declared with in a period of 30 days from the last date of examination.
  2. CDOE shall provide the provision of supplementary exams as follows:
  3. “Previous Supplementary exams shall be scheduled with regular courses during the end semester exams in Nov/ Dec and subsequently in June/July”. The schedule of examination shall be notified by Controller of Examination at least one month prior to the first day of commencement of end semester examinations.”

  4. Grade Card/Degree will be ready within one month of declaration of Result. Hard copy of the same shall be sent to the candidate through courier/post.
